Mom Central recently sent me some interesting information about NovaSure, a procedure that can eliminate heavy periods.

Mom Central recently surveyed more than 1,300 “everyday moms” who indicated they have heavy periods and discovered some astounding insights: 
·    75% of women reported that their heavy periods negatively impact their quality of

Listerine Whitening Strips

I got a free sample of these whitening strips that are supposed to whiten teeth and kill bad breath germs.

They are supposed to dissolve in five to ten minutes and leave no mess.

That was not my experience at all. First, it says the whitening agent is only on one side, but it gives you no clues as to what side it is. As soon as I put it in my mouth, it started dissolving and got stuck to my lip, to my gums and my top teeth (I was trying to put it on my bottom.) It was really messy and gooey and I had to scrub my teeth with my toothbrush afterwards to get it all off.

Yuck. I won’t be trying those again.
